The Ministry of Women Development and Family Affairs (MOWDAFA) is committed to making mowdafa.pl.so usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.

What we’ve built in

• A language toggle between English and Somali on every page.
• A light and dark theme, including automatically following your device’s setting.
• Keyboard-accessible navigation, forms, and the site search (Ctrl/Cmd+K).
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.

Known limitations

Some embedded third-party content (such as the Facebook feed on the homepage) is controlled by Facebook and may not fully meet the same accessibility standard as the rest of this site. We are continuing to review and improve accessibility across the site.
